Concrete Patios & Walkways

Concrete Patios & Walkways

We create outdoor living spaces with lasting appeal, combining durable
construction with finishes that complement your home and hold up to years of use.

A patio is where a property gets used rather than just occupied, and a walkway is the first surface a visitor sets foot on. Both need to look right and stay level, which means they demand the same base preparation and drainage planning as any structural pour, even though they carry less weight than a driveway.

We offer broom finish, exposed aggregate, and stamped concrete, and we plan the grading so water runs away from your foundation rather than pooling on the surface. The result is an outdoor space that still looks and performs the way it did the day it was poured.

Capabilities & core Values

Custom Design & Layout
We plan each patio around how you intend to use the space, matching the dimensions, shape, and finish to your home rather than pouring a standard rectangle and calling it done.
Decorative Finish Options
Broom finish, exposed aggregate, and stamped patterns give you the appearance you want at a fraction of the cost of pavers or natural stone, with far less long-term maintenance.
Proper Drainage Planning
Every surface is graded to move water away from your foundation, preventing the pooling, staining, and freeze damage that ruins poorly planned outdoor concrete.
Walkways, Steps & Transitions
We build the connecting paths and steps that tie your patio to the rest of the property, poured level and to consistent rise so they stay safe underfoot.

Frequently Asked Questions

01. What finish options do you offer for concrete patios?
Broom finish is the most common and the most practical, giving a slip-resistant surface at the lowest cost. Exposed aggregate provides texture and a natural stone appearance. Stamped concrete can replicate brick, slate, or flagstone patterns. We show you samples before you decide.
02. How does stamped concrete compare to pavers?
Stamped concrete costs less to install, has no joints for weeds to grow through, and does not shift or settle individually the way pavers can. Pavers are easier
to repair in a small area. For most Denver homeowners, stamped concrete is the better long-term value.
03. Do concrete patios crack in Colorado winters?
All concrete moves with temperature. The question is whether it moves where you planned. We cut control joints at the correct spacing and depth so the slab relieves stress along those lines rather than cracking randomly across the surface.
04. Should I seal my concrete patio?
Sealing extends the life of decorative finishes and protects against de-icing salts and taining, and it matters more for stamped and exposed aggregate than for a plain broom finish. We advise on what your specific surface needs and how often to reapply.
05. How long does a patio installation take?
Most residential patios are poured in a single day once the site is prepared. Excavation, base work, and forming typically take one to two days eforehand. Decorative finishes add time for stamping and sealing. You can walk on the surface after 24 to 48 hours.
