We review drawings, assess the framing package, and identify sequencing issues before they become schedule problems on site.
02. Planning & Scheduling
We confirm material lead times, crew allocation, and how our work coordinates with the trades ahead of and behind us.
03. Framing Execution
Our crews frame to drawing and to code, with on-site supervision and regular progress reporting to your project team.
04. Inspection & Handover
We prepare the structure for inspection, resolve any items raised, and hand over a completed framing package on schedule

Founder & Owner, Unity Builders

Edward Armenta was born in Mexico into a family of builders, following his father, grandfather, and great-grandfather into the trade. He started working construction at fourteen and founded Unity Builders in 2013. Today the company frames multifamily and hospitality projects across Colorado and pours residential concrete flatwork across the Denver metro. His philosophy has not changed: quality work, honest pricing, and no cutting corners.
