PRE-CONSTRUCTION & PROJECT MANAGEMENT
The cheapest place to solve a framing problem is on paper. We review drawings, identify constructability issues, and manage the package through to handover so your project team is not managing our scope on top of their own.
Most framing overruns are not caused by slow crews. They are caused by problems that were present in the drawings, discovered on site, and then solved under time pressure at the worst possible moment.
Detail conflicts, missing information at connections, sequencing assumptions that do not survive contact with the podium schedule, and scope gaps between trades are all findable in advance. Finding them early costs a few hours. Finding them in week six costs days of standing time and a change order.

Constructability Review
We read the drawings before we price them, flagging detail conflicts and missing information at connections while they are still cheap to resolve.
Honest Schedule Input
If the programme works, we commit to it. If it does not, we tell you what would make it work. That conversation is uncomfortable once and useful permanently.
Single Point Of Contact
One person who knows the job, not a rotating regional manager. The person who priced your framing package is the person answering when there is a question on site.
Reporting You Can Use
Progress reporting in a form your project manager can actually work from, with early notification of anything that threatens the programme.
Frequently Asked Questions
01. What does pre-construction involve?
Drawing and constructability review, scope clarification between trades, material take-off and lead time assessment, and realistic input on crew planning and schedule before anything is committed.
02. Do you charge separately for pre-construction?
It depends on the scope and how early we are brought in. For most packages this work is part of how we price a job properly. We will be clear about it upfront.
03. What do you report during construction?
Progress against programme, crew allocation, anything that threatens the
schedule, and inspection status. In the format your project manager prefers
rather than the one that suits us.

04. How early should we bring you in?
The earlier the better. Problems found during drawing review cost hours to resolve. The same problems found during framing cost days of standing time and a

05. Who is our point of contact?
One person who knows the job from bid through handover. Not a regional office and not a rotating account manager.
